As one of the oldest stairlift specialists in the UK, operating since 1988, EMS Stairlifts has built up a wealth of expertise in the sales, installation, service and the maintenance of stairlifts, through floor lifts, step lifts, bath lifts and hoists.Originally established as a stairlift service and maintenance company, EMS Stairlifts recognised the importance of reliable aftersales support for users of stairlifts, through floor lifts and other disabled lifting equipment. Using this as a firm platform to support their stairlift sales activities, which began in the late 1990s.

EMS Stairlifts clients enjoy round the clock service cover 365 days/year, with same day emergency response times often measured in just a few hours, manned by well trained and resourced engineers. Qualities which don't go unnoticed by the many Local Authorities, Housing Associations and National Charities who employ our services, not to mention thousands of very satisfied private customers.
