Vertical Lifts
Short rise
EMS can provide a range of short rise vertical lifting solutions from a variety of well respected manufacturers. Typically these lifts travel up to 1 metre high but models with longer travel are available. Models suitable for inside and outside installation are available
Steplifts
Step units can be added to vertical platform lifts to create steplifts. Typically step units of up to 4 steps are used and these allow ambulant users to ascend the steps in the normal manner, whilst allowing level access for wheelchair users. These can be supplied from a range of manufacturers.
Bathlifts
There are numerous bath lifts available on the market, most of which perform the same function. EMS supply the Handicare Bath Bliss battery operated lift which features a 3 position reclining backrest, 6 large bath suckers for security and covers which are removable for washing. It is easily removable and can be transported in 2 lightweight pieces. (To take on holiday for instance).
